The original black garlic from Momiki, 100% Japanese grown by proud Miyazaki farmers. The Momiki black garlic is slowly dried and aged, resulting in a soft sweet pickle with a flavor profile more akin to an aged balsamic vinegar, rather than garlic itself. Japanese garlic grown in Miyazaki has a unique flavor, which cannot be experienced in Chinese or European garlic.
